VINTAGE WATCH DESCRIPTIONS AND CARE For those of you new to vintage watch collecting I would like to share some important information with you. Vintage watches are like fine wine and vintage cars. Appreciate them with lots of care, and you will enjoy them for years to come. Keep your vintage watches dry. Many vintage watches are not waterproof. Please don't leave your watch near a sink, or shower, as steam is any vintage watches worst enemy . NEVER wear any watch in a HOT shower, or tub, especially a jacuzzi. HEAT will destroy even the very best and most costly brand NEW model of watch on the market today. Don’t forget, when you step into the sauna, jacuzzi or shower, leave your watch in a safe place away from the heat and moisture.
